Meet Laura
​Founder & Teacher
​
I'm Laura—educator, well-being facilitator and founder of Wildflower, a holistic education and wellness initiative rooted in science and guided by heart.
​
With over 20 years’ experience in early childhood education and therapeutic yoga, I’ve dedicated my life to supporting children, families and educators with brain-based, creative tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and well-being.
​
My journey began as an international school teacher and evolved into a global mission: to make evidence-informed, stress-reducing practices accessible, nurturing and relevant to everyday life—whether that’s in a Hong Kong classroom, a family home, or a teacher’s staffroom.
​
Based in Hong Kong, I lead professional development for schools, support families through sensory and mindfulness-based strategies, and mentor educators in blending neuroscience with practical, playful yoga and well-being tools.

At Wildflower, we don’t just teach yoga—we provide compassionate, holistic and research-backed support systems to help both children and adults thrive.
