Children’s Yoga & Wellbeing Programmes in Hong Kong

Wildflower Enrichment Programmes
A calmer, more thoughtful approach
to children’s enrichment.

Wildflower Enrichment Programmes are intentionally small-group experiences designed to support children’s emotional wellbeing, confidence, creativity and ability to regulate their minds and bodies.

Through children’s yoga, mindful art, sensory exploration, storytelling, music and creative play, children are given practical opportunities to slow down, notice how they feel, express themselves and discover different ways to find calm.

Rather than focusing on performance or producing a particular outcome, our programmes create space for curiosity, choice and meaningful exploration. Children are encouraged to understand their own bodies, develop confidence in their own ideas, connect with others and explore techniques for relaxation and emotional regulation that they can carry into everyday life.

Our experiences might include yoga through storytelling and music, breathing and relaxation trough imagination, process art, sensory exploration, collaborative making, nature-inspired activities and thoughtfully created spaces for rest and reflection.

Children's wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do, say and share.

What children gain from Wildflower

Our programmes are designed around the whole child; supporting emotional, social and creative development and mental health skills, through experiences that feel playful, calming and genuinely fun.

Emotional Regulation & Self-Awareness
Through yoga, breathing, sensory experiences and mindfulness, children begin to notice what is happening in their minds and bodies and discover simple ways to find calm, express emotions and regulate their nervous system.

Confidence, Connection & Communication
Our intentionally small, inclusive groups give children space to be themselves, build relationships and develop confidence through shared experiences, partner activities and collaborative play.

Creativity & Self-Expression
There is no single “right” outcome at Wildflower. Process art, imaginative play, music, making and open-ended exploration encourage children to follow their ideas, make choices and express themselves freely.

Calm, Focus & Body Awareness
Movement, relaxation and sensory experiences give busy brains and energetic bodies opportunities to slow down; supporting attention, body awareness and a greater understanding of what helps each child feel settled.

Small groups. Thoughtful teaching. Inclusive space.

Wildflower is intentionally different from a large extracurricular class. Group sizes are kept small so that our teachers can really know the children in front of them, respond to their individual needs and create an environment where every child feels included, safe and supported.

Our programmes are led by a small team of highly qualified and experienced school educators personally trained and certified by Wildflower founder Laura in children’s yoga and social-emotional wellbeing, ensuring a consistent approach rooted in connection, co-regulation and respect for the whole child.

Based in our warm and welcoming studio in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, Wildflower offers children somewhere to move, make, wonder, connect, and simply have a little more space (and guidance) to breathe.

We see children differently.

At Wildflower, wellbeing doesn't mean asking children to sit still and be quiet.

Our teachers are trained to look beyond behaviour and consider what a child may be communicating through their body, movement, emotions and sensory needs. A child who needs to move isn't failing at mindfulness; they may simply need a different pathway towards regulation.

We meet children where they are, then gently help them develop the body awareness, emotional vocabulary and practical strategies that can support them at home, at school and as they grow.

Autumn Term
(September - December)

Create & Calm

Practical tools for growing minds and bodies

Ages 4–7

Wednesdays I 4.30-5.30pm

Create & Calm combines children's yoga and mindful art to help younger children understand their emotions, recognise what is happening in their bodies and discover practical ways to find calm.

Through movement, breathing, stories, relaxation and creative experiences, children build a growing toolbox of regulation strategies they can use beyond the studio, when they're frustrated, struggling to settle at bedtime, feeling worried at school or simply need a moment to reset.

Why Parents love this program:
Parents regularly tell us that children come home demonstrating the breathing techniques they've learned, teaching their families relaxation strategies and proudly sharing what they've discovered and created.

Price: HK$5,200 for 15 sessions

Friday Reset Club

Somewhere to rest busy brains and bodies

at the end of the week.

Ages 4–10

Fridays at 5.15 - 6.45pm I 90-minutes

Friday Reset Club is a different kind of after-school experience,  created specifically for children who have spent all week being busy, stimulated and scheduled.

Each Friday, the Wildflower studio becomes a carefully curated children's wellbeing space, with purpose-built stations and experiences designed around rest, regulation, sensory wellbeing and creativity.

Children are free to notice what their brain and body need and choose how they spend their time. They might settle into a quiet space with beautiful books, explore process art without a specific outcome, make something using modelling materials, experience calming sensory trays, listen to stories or soundscapes, stretch and move, or become immersed in gently projected visual experiences.

There is no pressure to finish something, achieve something or participate in everything.

The environment itself does much of the work: thoughtful lighting, sound, visuals, tactile materials, comfortable quiet spaces and intentionally designed activities give children different pathways towards regulation.

Why Parents love this program:

Parents have been surprised to see children who usually gravitate towards screens or Lego become absorbed in sensory exploration, process art and imaginative play.

They tell us how much they value having a space where their child isn't expected to be academic, sit perfectly still or constantly conform.

Price: HK$6,200 for 14 sessions

Weekend Wellbeing

A bilingual morning of movement, stories, creativity & connection

Ages 4–8

Saturdays in October:

3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st

9.30-11.30pm I 2-Hours

English + Mandarin

A two-hour bilingual wellbeing experience, led by two teachers, where English and Mandarin are naturally woven through yoga, relaxation, storytelling, mindful music and creative exploration.

The emphasis isn't on teaching Mandarin vocabulary or translating every instruction. Children experience both languages in context, through stories, movement, music, conversation and creative art, while developing their mental wellbeing, social skills, confidence and connection.

Price: HK$950 per class

HK$3,950 for 5 sessions

Why Families Love Wildflower

Families tell us their children come home demonstrating breathing techniques, teaching relaxation strategies to their parents, talking about activities without being prompted and proudly sharing what they've created and discovered.

“They actually tell me about their day.”
Children leave excited to share the stories, breathing practices, creations and experiences they've discovered during our sessions.

“They're using it at home.”
Regulation isn't something we want children to practice only in class. We educate the children on how they can use these techniques in real-life. Families tell us children bring breathing, relaxation and body-awareness strategies into their everyday life.

“I can't believe you got them to relax!”
We don't expect children to become perfectly still. We help them discover their own pathways towards regulation and calm.

“I didn't know they could enjoy that.”
Children who might usually choose highly structured play or screen time are given the confidence and space to experiment with art, sensory materials, nature and open-ended creativity.
