Our Parent & Baby Classes (6-24mths) are a beautiful blend of connection, movement and exploration – designed to nurture your baby’s development while giving you precious time together.
Each session combines gentle baby yoga, soothing songs and simple relaxation techniques (with age-appropriate breathing activities for toddlers), all shared between parent and child. You’ll be moving, stretching, and playing alongside your little one – co-regulating and modelling calm, connection and joy.
We weave in music, imagination, and playful activities – like blowing bubbles, dancing with scarves and musical shakers – to encourage focus, curiosity and early communication skills.
The second half of the class is dedicated to messy play and sensory exploration, where babies and toddlers can safely explore different textures, colours and materials, stimulating their senses, building language and fuelling early creativity.
