Kids Yoga + Mindfulness Classes
 

Our kids yoga classes are so much more than stretching and poses – they’re a fun, science-backed way for children to move, focus and feel good in both body and mind.

Designed for ages 3–6 and 7–11, our sessions blend playful movement, breathwork, mindful games and relaxation techniques that actually work with children’s nervous systems.

 

Each class is age-appropriate, engaging, and creative, helping children to:

  • Build strength, coordination, and balance through safe, body-appropriate poses.

  • Learn self-regulation and breathing techniques they can use anytime to help them feel calm – at school, at home or before bed.

  • Boost focus, confidence and awareness through yoga-based games, partner work, and creative movement.

  • Develop social and communication skills through group activities that promote connection, teamwork and kindness.

Each week’s classes are inspired by yoga philosophy and mindful living, adapted for children in a way that’s relatable, playful, and meaningful.

 

Every activity is rooted in both neuroscience and holistic education, so your child is learning skills for life while having fun.

In every session, children can expect:

  • Nature & story-based themes – sparking curiosity and connection to the world around them.

  • Games that challenge body, mind & communication skills – building coordination, problem-solving and teamwork.

  • Mindful art & creative projects – developing concentration, creativity, and the ability to relax deeply.

These practices go far beyond the class itself. The breathing, self-regulation and focus techniques your child learns here will naturally be used at home and in school – helping them manage emotions, improve behaviour, and approach life with more calm and confidence.

Our goal isn’t just to entertain them for an hour – it’s to give your child tools they’ll carry for a lifetime.

Class Details

Ages 3–6:
Playful and imaginative classes designed for younger children. Through story-led yoga adventures, mindful art, guided relaxation and calming breathwork, little ones learn to focus, express themselves and relax.

Ages 7–11:
Creative and confidence-boosting yoga sessions that include sequences, partner poses, mindfulness games and guided meditations. Children build strength and resilience while developing essential life skills to manage stress and emotions.

Build Self-Regulation & Co-Regulation Skills
Children learn how to manage big emotions, transitions, and social challenges using simple, effective tools grounded in neuroscience. They also gain the ability to co-regulate with peers, promoting empathy, cooperation and stronger relationships.

Enhance Focus, Attention & Calm 
Breathing techniques, movement sequences and mindfulness exercises help children shift from over-stimulation to focused learning.

 

 Reduce Anxiety, Overwhelm & Restlessness
Age-appropriate strategies support children’s nervous systems in real-time, helping to release physical tension and lower emotional reactivity. These practices are proven to prevent escalation and reduce behaviour disruptions.

 

Develop Emotional Literacy, Resilience & Social Awareness
Children gain the vocabulary and self-awareness to understand, express and manage emotions. Through movement and mindfulness, they build the resilience needed to face challenges with confidence and calm.
