Wildflower Summer Enrichment is a gentle, small-group summer programme designed for children aged 4–8 who thrive in calm, creative and nurturing environments.
Blending daily yoga and mindfulness with nature-inspired play, storytelling, process art and meaningful rituals, each morning is thoughtfully designed to help children slow down, connect and explore.
Children will enjoy activities such as partner yoga, creative breathing and relaxation, flower pressing, nature potion making, tiny tea parties, water painting, storytelling and creating their own mini books and calm jars — all within a warm and welcoming studio space in Sheung Wan.
Rooted in connection, creativity and emotional wellbeing, Wildflower offers a slower, more intentional summer experience where children feel seen, supported and free to imagine, create and grow.

Through our Wildflower Summer Enrichment Program, children are gently supported to grow in confidence, creativity, emotional wellbeing and connection through calm, nurturing and thoughtfully designed activities.
-
Develop Emotional Regulation & Self-Awareness
Through playful yoga, calming breathwork, mindfulness practices and daily little rituals, children begin to recognise, express and manage emotions in healthy ways. They are introduced to simple tools that support calm bodies, emotional awareness and greater self-regulation.
-
Build Confidence, Communication & Social Connection
Small-group experiences encourage children to build friendships, practice cooperation and strengthen communication skills through partner activities, storytelling, tea parties, music and collaborative play.
-
Support Focus, Calm & Learning Readiness
Yoga movement, nature-based sensory play, mindfulness and creative activities help children move from over-stimulation into calmer, more focused states that support attention, learning and emotional balance.
-
Encourage Creativity, Imagination & Self-Expression
Children are invited to explore process-based art, storytelling, imaginative play and open-ended creativity through activities such as flower pressing, water painting, creating mini books, nature collages and peace pebbles.
-
Nurture a Sense of Wonder & Connection to Nature
Nature-inspired experiences encourage curiosity, creativity and calm through sensory play, nature potions and gentle exploration of the natural world.
-
Support the Whole Child
Blending movement, mindfulness, creativity, sensory experiences, music and meaningful connection, Wildflower supports children socially, emotionally, creatively and developmentally in a way that feels playful, calming and deeply nurturing.
