At The Nurture Nest on Hollywood Road, we offer a range of adult yoga and mindfulness experiences – from deeply relaxing restorative yoga classes to immersive sound baths, mindful art workshops and private yoga tailored to your needs.

Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, support with injury recovery or simply a moment to pause in your busy week, our sessions are designed to nourish both body and mind.

Each of our adult classes is a 60-minute journey of movement, breath and mindful practice, designed to nourish your body and calm your mind. After class, we invite you to linger in our cosy Nurture Nest space, where soft cushions and a welcoming atmosphere create the perfect setting for the benefits of your practice to settle in.

Enjoy optional tea and social time with our intimate community, connecting with others who share your love of movement and mindfulness. It’s more than just a class—it’s a chance to slow down, recharge and leave feeling restored, grounded and connected

Our classes are a mix of ongoing weekly sessions and special events so you can choose the experience that suits you best:

  • Restorative Yoga – A deeply relaxing, fully supported practice that helps you release tension, soothe your nervous system, and restore your energy. Using bolsters, blankets, and props, you’ll be guided through gentle poses, breathing techniques, and meditations that are proven to reduce stress and improve sleep.

  • Singing Bowl Meditation – A sound-based relaxation practice where vibrations from Himalayan singing bowls calm the mind and relax the body. Perfect for busy professionals looking for an effortless way to switch off.

  • Gentle Flow - When your mind craves movement, but your body longs for rest, Gentle Flow offers the perfect balance.
    This calming, unhurried style of yoga helps you release tension, improve mobility, and restore energy without pushing your body beyond its limits - perfect for your 'rest' days.

  • Seasonal & Themed Pop-Up Events – Special one-off classes designed to inspire, nurture and help you explore new approaches to well-being.

Private Yoga at The Nurture Nest

Our private yoga sessions are completely tailored to you – your body, your lifestyle, your goals.
Held in our calming Hollywood Road studio, these sessions can be booked for:

  • One-to-one support – personalised sessions designed for your needs, whether that’s building strength, improving flexibility, managing stress, or supporting recovery after injury.

  • Private small groups – ideal for friends, family, or colleagues who want a shared, supportive yoga experience.

  • Specialised focus areas – Whether you’re looking for yoga for anxiety, back pain relief, gentle mobility, or therapeutic support for physical and emotional wellbeing, we tailor each session to your needs. We can also work towards specific physical goals — from building the strength and confidence for handstands, to refining balance and alignment in challenging poses. If your focus is more mental or emotional, we can explore mindset work, guided meditations, visualisations and breathwork techniques — perfect for starting a meditation practice, enhancing focus or preparing for a competition or performance enhancement.

Every private class includes:

  • A full consultation to understand your needs and preferences

  • A bespoke yoga plan, adaptable for each session

  • Guided breathing techniques and mindfulness practices backed by science

  • Gentle hands-on adjustments (optional) and plenty of modifications to suit your body

Restorative Yoga -Deep Rest for Mind & Body

​

Restorative yoga is a quiet, nurturing practice designed to help your body deeply relax while your mind unwinds.


Using supportive props, you’ll rest in gentle, still poses for longer periods whilst being guided through breathing and relaxation, allowing your nervous system to shift into a state of complete rest.
You can expect:

  • Science-backed breathing techniques to calm your mind

  • Gentle, guided meditations for emotional release

  • Soothing music, essential oils and soft lighting to encourage deep relaxation

  • A safe space where you can slow down and be fully cared for

Restorative yoga is particularly helpful for:
